We worked with Sierra Homes in 2017 to purchase a home under construction. Dan and the Sierra Homes team were terrific to work with and let us customize certain aspects of the home (cabinets, flooring, finishes). Both the quality of the construction and the finishes in the home are outstanding. 

While the timeline with residential construction is always difficult to predict, Sierra Homes was able to stay on track throughout construction and completed the house on the original schedule. With all of the residential development activity currently in the Seattle area there is a clear difference in terms of quality of construction. 

We spent a lot of time researching homebuilders in the area before we purchased our home and quickly discovered that Sierra Homes has a long history of constructing homes on the Eastside and this experience is reflected in the quality of homes they build.  As this was our third newly constructed house that we purchased, we had some prior experience with buying new construction and our home that Sierra Homes built is at the top of the list both in terms of quality and experience.
