He was very responsive and proactively communicated when there were risks to timelines from supply chain delays. He made sure that our house passed inspections in time for our move in date. He remained accessible and responsive as we settled into our home. 

Kelly as the designer was incredibly fun and collaborative as she guided us through the decisions that needed to be made. She looked at pictures that I shared on Pinterest and brought them to life in our home. She understood what designs were most important, like a book matched porcelain fireplace, and found ways to help reduce the costs by seeking out the right vendors to get the job done. She understood what we wanted and we trusted her completely with recommendations that have exceeded our expectations and made our house truly special and unique.
