We could not recommend Kelly of Sierra Homes more highly. She combines the skills of a creative interior designer with that of an efficient project manager. Her integrity and relational skills made our work with her enjoyable and efficient. She was patient in listening to our desires and then collaborated with us to create something that was far better than what we originally imagined. She has great attention to detail and is able to coordinate those details in a manner that creates design continuity throughout the house while still including the personal touches that we wanted.

Kelly managed multiple tasks with multiple workers in a setting of multiple demands and limitations. She attended to all these with grace, wisdom and strength. And we even laughed and had fun along the way! All throughout Kelly went the extra mile to help with sundry tasks that were needed and always made sure things were done with excellence. We could not have done this home remodel without Kelly and we are so glad that we got to work with someone as gifted as her!

When we were in the market to begin a remodel on our kitchen and downstairs we reached out to several contractors.  We had a set budget and must-haves with your kitchen.  Kelly Finkbeiner with Sierra Homes Remodel & Interior Design Division was fabulous to work with from the very beginning. From our original meeting one of the aspects that stood out to me the most was how she listened to what was important to us from a design perspective. 

We had been trying to figure out how to accomplish what we wanted but kept looking at the space how it was originally set up.  Kelly helped us take a step back and think of the space as a clean slate.  This allowed us the opportunity to reimagine the space and completely change the layout to accomplish our number one priority which was to create an island in our kitchen that would be a gathering place.  We have been in our new kitchen a few weeks now and she absolutely helped us make sure our number one priority was met! We are in love with the newly designed space.

Remodeling a house comes with an inherent set of challenges and stressors (especially when you are living in the house). I would say a critical element of working with Kelly is that she quickly builds trust with her clients by listening to their needs and concerns, communicating continuously, and addressing problems as quickly as possible.  Through the entire process, I felt she was my advocate and made sure my needs and expectations were met.  Kelly communicated regularly and was always available in a reasonable amount of time when I had questions.  She also works as your partner, is always ensuring we would have a great result and was continuously budget conscious.

Another asset Sierra Homes brings is long lasting relationships with subcontractors.  I felt confident with each professional that came to do work in our home.  They were all highly skilled in their trade and consistently kept their commitment on arrival times.  This was a huge relief and helped keep our projects on time.

On a personal level, Kelly is a kind and positive person to work with.  She was always pleasant, had a positive outlook and if there was ever a challenge to overcome, she was always solution oriented. 

I look forward to maintaining contact with Kelly and I would recommend her to any of my friends and family for their home remodel or design needs.
